This experience will provide you with the equipment, ingredients and assistance you need to learn how to make Belgian chocolate from scratch.
During the workshop, you'll get the opportunity to learn about tempering, cooking ganache and filling chocolates. You'll be able to create pralines and mendiants as well as enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. After the activity, you'll get the chance to take home a box of over 35 handmade chocolates.
