On this historic walking tour, you will explore Dresden’s Old Town with an expert guide.
Starting at Neumarkt, a central square that was bombed in 1945, you will visit Frauenkirche, a soaring domed church rebuilt in the late 20th century. You’ll then make your way to Zwinger – a baroque 18th-century palace – and Semperoper just next door. Along the way, you'll learn about the history of the city, from the Middle Ages through the Peaceful Revolution of 1989. Other tour highlights include Augustus Bridge, Brühl's Terrace, the Renaissance palace of Residenzschloss and much more.
