Sommelier for 10 years, then wine merchant for over 15 years, I am passionate about Champagne.
During this Workshop, I will reveal to you all the secrets of Champagne. We will travel together through the different terroirs of this region, you will discover all the stages of the production of this magical wine.
I will introduce you to the art of tasting champagne, how to choose it, serve it and appreciate it. But also how to store it, or when to drink it.
Finally, we will taste 3 magnificent vintages, 3 very different champagnes in order to make you an expert in champagne and all its nuances.
