On this tour, you'll see the 'Blue Gold' of Provence – the exquisite fields of lavender at Plateau de Valensole. You'll drive down scenic roads past wheat fields to reach the lavender farm and have plenty of time to take photos.
You'll stop at a lavender farm to learn more about how the plant is cultivated, the distillation process of its popular essential oil and its many medicinal uses. On the way back, you'll pause in the town of Manosque to visit the L'Occitane cosmetic museum, where you'll have a chance to purchase products at factory prices.
