This hands-on class will offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in Indonesian cuisine as you learn to cook mouth-watering dishes. Suitable for all levels of culinary experience, the class will be led by professional chefs who will teach you basic principles and techniques and about seasonal ingredients.
You’ll be preparing a mixture of sweet and spicy foods, including dishes like chicken taliwang, steamed fish in banana leaves, peanut sauce, sweet kelopon and more. After your food is ready, you’ll sit down to enjoy it as a group.
