On this full-day guided tour, you'll visit the Golan Heights and get an insight into the history of the area. As you drive through the Valley of Armageddon, you'll hear about the revelations and see the remains of the biblical city of Megiddo. You'll reach the Sea of Galilee and have scenic views over the water and the undulating Golan Heights in the background.
After this, you'll cross the Jordan River and start ascending through the lush countryside to reach the Shalom Observatory for views of the city of Tiberius. You'll also visit a partially restored village and synagogue that date to the 4th–8th centuries CE. Your final stop will be at Mount Bental to see the remains of the Syrian fortifications here.
