On this trip, you will be able to explore the temples, caves and rock carvings in Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. After getting picked up from your hotel in Chennai, you will be driven to South India’s five temples associated with the five elements.
Then, you will see Kanchipuram’s oldest temple, where you will admire the intricacy of the stonework. You will also visit Kailasanathar Temple dating back to Pallava dynasty.
Next, you will see the Five Rathas huddled together at the southern end of Mahabalipuram. You will also visit Arjuna’s Penance, Krishna’s Butterball and the two-towered Shore Temple.
