For this unique experience, you’ll head to a Trulli – a typical Apulian building – surrounded by beautiful nature to learn the art of traditional cooking. You’ll be welcomed with a short tour around the area before beginning your class in the organic garden, gathering seasonal ingredients.
In the kitchen, you’ll discover how to create orecchiette pasta and its variations as well as meat sauce and other components for your lunch like vegetables and cheese. Once your dishes are prepared, you’ll sit down to a three-course meal served with regional red wines and Italian coffee.
