This museum visit will help to expand your knowledge of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. As you walk around the exhibits, you’ll be able to see images of ancient cheese factories as well as old objects used in cheese production.
The museum will also teach you about the different stages of cheese making – from milk processing to ageing the cheese. You’ll also be able to learn about the role of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, which helps to safeguard the quality of this much-loved cheese.

The Food Museums Card guarantees entry to all the Food Museums of Parma within 12 months of its first use. These museums include the Culatello di Zibello Museum, the Parma Ham Museum, the Parmigiano Reggiano Museum, the Salame Felino Museum, the Tomato Museum, and the Wine Museum.
