During this experience, you'll get an opportunity to learn about the traditional cuisine of Alberobello from a local food expert known as a Cesarina.
Your host will welcome you into their home and share tips and secrets about cooking authentic Italian dishes. In addition to that, you'll get a chance to assist your Cesarina in preparing a four-course meal consisting of an appetiser, first course, side dish, dessert and a selection of wines and coffee. At the end of the activity, you'll get to enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared.
