On this guided tour, you’ll enjoy a cheese and craft beer tasting in Ojos Negros. Firstly, you’ll visit Vinicola Infinito near Ensenada. Here, you’ll get a tour of the vineyard and learn more about winemaking from the owner, Pepe Pedrosa.
You’ll then head to La Cava de Marcelo, known for producing artisanal cheeses since 1911. During a guided tour of the facility, you'll learn more about crop production, livestock care and cheese-making. Additionally, you’ll enjoy a craft beer tasting. Rounding off the experience, you can dine on a traditional Mexican lunch at Casa Marcelo restaurant, at your own expense.
