This kayaking tour will give you the chance to explore the La Jolla Underwater Park and Ecological Reserve with an expert naturalist guide. You'll be able to paddle through the sea caves and kelp forests while taking in views of the coastal scenery.
As you explore the park, you'll get to see an abundance of wildlife such as sea lions, seals, wading birds and if you're lucky, maybe even dolphins or orcas. You can round off the tour with a kayak surf ride back to La Jolla Shores beach.

You can expect to get wet on this tour. Please wear appropriate clothing such as swimwear and tennis shoes, river shoes or flip-flops.
Please bring a hat, sunscreen and a towel.
Please do not bring valuables and items that cannot get wet.
This activity has a weight restriction. The maximum weight permitted is 113 kg per single kayak and 204 kg per double kayak.
Please note that for safety reasons, the tour operator does not guarantee going into the caves on tours. Entrance to the caves is based on ocean conditions, safety and participants ability as determined by the guide.
