Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.

Labai maloni šeimininkė, maloniai papasakojo apie apylinkes, ką rekomenduojama aplankyti saloje, kokie geriausi restoranai ir t.t. Kambaryje buvo pasitikomo dovana - butelys vietinio vyno. Nuostabi ir labai paslaugi apartamentų administratorė,, viską galima gauti ko paprašai. Kambarys puikus, patogus, ypač nuostabus vaizdas iš terasos įvandenyną ir kalnus.

Fine apartment, very clean, nice balcony. Really well equipped kitchen with all you may need and more, including coffee machine. Bathroom quite small, but clean and including all needed facilities. Shower could be more specious. Huge supplie of towels was really nice.

The building is beautiful, the rooms in the apartment are spacious enough and equipped completely with everything you need - from the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, living room to bathrooms. Everything is spotlessly clean and new. The hosts also take care that everything they have from the service in the kitchen is new, paired. The location is phenomenal - beaches nearby, bakery, fruit shop, shop, cafes and restaurants as well as a long walking path by the sea (pine forest). The hosts are extremely kind, hospitable. Hygiene in the entire apartment complex is at the highest possible level. Let me emphasize that we have never had more comfortable sleeping beds on previous trips. We, two families with children, are very satisfied with the complete service and arrangement and we sincerely recommend "Maslina" to everyone as a choice in Njivice.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartments. The hostess Yana has thought of everything to the most necessary details for a great holiday, there are brochures with maps to choose where it is best to spend your holidays on the island, there are also board games so that children do not get bored in the evenings. I was pleasantly surprised by the fruits and delicious wine that Yana treated us to. the apartments are located near the beach, the location of the apartment is very good, the rooms are not hot, you can turn off the air conditioner. We would like to return to this apartment next time we go to Croatia.
