Idyllic location near La Ronde in the Marais Poitevin. Beautiful, bright room with bathroom - very well equipped. Super- comfortable bed. Safe storage for bicycles, location is close to the Vélo Francette. Incredible value for money. Hosts are so welcoming, thoughtful & friendly. We had a great recommendation for a local restaurant in the evening. The breakfast is outstanding & far exceeds anything you’re offered in a regular hotel. A real jewel of a place to stay!

This was a very comfortable stay. The hostess is extremely kind and pleasantly talkative. The bedroom is very nicely furnished. There is a TV set in the room and wi-fi too. Everything is there!

Clean and tranquil location, well placed for our cycling trip to La Rochelle, safe storage for our bikes and an excellent breakfast. There was only a takeaway pizza shop in the village for dinner (& it was a Sunday night) but we were able to eat the pizzas with a bottle of wine bought from the same shop in the delightful sheltered space outside the Venise Verte and use the provided cutlery and glasses from the little shared kitchen

Such a beautiful property. We arrived late which was no problem. Cyril was very nice and kind. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was that we were travelling through and didn't get to stay long. We would definitely stay again only longer
