Orchard Valley View Home Stay is a recently renovated homestay in Ooty, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Taj is an excellent host, the property has a wow factor that is off the scale for the beauty of the view and the grandeur of the terrace. Umesh is a gifted chef and looked after our every need, and the service from Rita was warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. When we come back to Ooty, which God willing, is a given, we will definitely stay at Orchard Valley Homestay, it is delightful.

Set in Tiruvannāmalai in the Tamil Nadu region, Aadhya guest house features a balcony and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy and very kind and effective. Neighbourhood is peaceful and the views of Arunachala are great. The whole experience was beyond what we were wishing for. The apartment is very clean and spacious and bright, very good floor plan too. We highly recommend it. Also, neighbours are all very friendly and sweet.

Set within 19 km of Ooty Lake and 11 km of Sim's Park in Aravankādu, Ghar - Homestay, Where Family Lives Together provides accommodation with seating area. Absolutely beautiful in the hills outside of Coonoor. The hosts were so nice, dinner was absolutely delicious some of the best food I’ve had in India. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was a little sick when I arrived and couldn’t enjoy much but the hosts brought me tea and really cared for me. They also helped me book taxis.

The host are very helpful and caring. The house is very nice, the location is a little far from the center but great if you want the peace and quiet and a pretty view.

The listing has 11 rooms of which 4 of the rooms are in one building and 7 in another building. The area is lovely, more like staying in a village than a city, 20 odd mins from the airport. We found the locals there friendly and helpful too, Also very near by are shops & cafes, approximately a 2 min walk. The hosts Sam and Latha were fabulous! Helped make our stay a memorable one for sure, taking care of our every need when we needed, helping us with obtaining sim cards! (hard to get in Chennai for foreigners) also booking the train for our onward journey, arranging taxis for around chennai whenever we needed, food delivery, currency exchange, (very good rates) Our room was comfy and quiet, the Homestay is situated in a no through road. If you are flying in from another country and you do book a stay there, my advice is to let Sam & Latha to pre arrange a car pick up as there is no option for foreigners to purchase sim cards at the airport, So you'll have no internet use for using uber cabs etc) so you may (like us) be victims of a fleecing taxi cab guy that operate at the airport, We ended up paying 3 times the going rate. Just arrange things beforehand with Sam & Latha they'll sort things out...I can only give glowing Praise to these 2 people.😍

Lovely welcoming people even though we were there only one night. We were welcomed with a tea and complimentary bottle of water. Hot water for shower was great and got a great night's sleep. Place was clean and comfortable. We chose this place due to its good proximity to the airport. It took 30 mins by taxi, which, at time of writing this review was about 500 rupees. Thanks for your hospitality!

It was a nice apartment with a kitchen, living room space, and a nice bedroom. It was very comfortable. The host is very nice, he helped us arrange transportation and all with our questions. All the staff was very welcoming!
