After texting about 2 hours later I got a reply with the access code. Despite my late arrival, the lady greeted us. She prepared a tasty breakfast the next day. The price per night with breakfast is really good and it's hard to find something in the area at a similar price.

Rooms are good design with large bathroom and comfy beds. Location is quiet and a little out of Dorsten but no problem, with ample parking. Location is around 2.5 miles from the centre of Dorsten in a quiet village. We had dinner on 2 nights and the food was especially good and the restaurant was busy with locals. Room was very well furnished and included kettle and plenty of coffee and tea. For the price this has to be one of the best value hotels I have stayed in.
