Nice spacious apartment located directly at the beach. Beautiful views and atmosphere! In the apartment you can find everything you need: soft furniture, good pottery and kitchenware!
Alex, the man who welcomed us, was very helpful and always in touch! He also gifted us a bottle of good Prosecco and tasty canolli 😋
You definitely need to rent a car, because the apartment is located between 2 cities, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Btw, Alex can organize a transfer from the airport if you need.

We had a significant delay in our arrival due to our airplane issues. So we did not arrive at the hotel until 2 in the morning and there was a clerk there 24/7 to check us in. All of the staff was wonderful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was an amazing selection with breathtaking views.

Old style hotel with great views over the sea and to Mt Etna, including from the breakfast/dining room. Close to the old town for easy access but just outside so it's quiet (okay, some wave sounds). Great terrace for afternoon coffee or apero. If you're looking for a modern hotel, this isn't your hotel. But if you're looking for old world charm, it fits the bill.

No food available for lunch. Had dinner there. Our orders were delivered less than 10 minutes after ordered and beautifully presented on the plate. Service was so fast the meals must have already been prepared and under a heat lamp for a while. Rabbit was dry.
Having the shuttle was a definite bonus. Easy access and parking at hotel.
Set on the east coast of Sicily, Garden Hotel is just 164 feet from the sandy beaches of Taormina. It features a lovely relaxing garden with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

From the wonderfully warm hosting of the staff and the chef to the lovely quiet garden setting, we absolutely loved our stay. We had such a lovely time and learned so much about the sicilian culture and food, we will be back no doubt! Grazie mille to our wonderful hosts! The location is truly beautiful but remotie.
The location is truly beautiful but remotie. There is a good bus service to Taormina but not so great in the opposite direction for evening meals etc. We caught a bus there (only 2 stops, not even 5 minutes) & a taxi back cost 20 Euro.
There is no pavement on the road to the hotel & whilst we did take a walk out it was walking down the side of the road & you needed to be very aware of the traffic.
