This city was lovely and full of family history that we were exploring. I was there in the off season (when many shops/restaurants are closed) and still had a fabulous time exploring. Lovely shops and wonderful meals (must try some kibbeling and fresh water eel) to be had amidst picture worthy canals. An amazing open air market in the square on the weekends (?) It has all the facilities including fully equiped kitchen, with some nice details like a full service set of 'Fruit and Flowers', which fits very nicely with the country style of the place. The bathroom has a washing machine, living room with TV and dining table and an access to a small garden. Pets are welcome. The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times.
