The location was amazing and magical. Beautiful grounds to walk and explore. A lovely walkway from the property to a very inexpensive fully electric bus system that drives into Maastricht. A train option is located there as well. Very easy to use and we appreciated that we could use this instead of driving into the city center. The staff that manages check-in and check-out, the bar, restaurant and breakfast area were all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend booking a table for dinner, as well as setting up the breakfast option during your stay. You will not be disappointed. We also loved that this was a dog friendly property. We loved all the green spaces and the quiet away from the city. Our next trip back to Europe we will stay here again 100%.

Its largest square – Vrijthof – houses the twin churches of St. Jan and St. Servaas, a theater and several sidewalk cafes. Nice city centre with lots of different stores. Enormous choice of good restaurants. Towards summer on warmer days you see lots of people living life outside and spending time on terraces until late at night. People are friendly and pleasant.

Vibrating atmosphere for both upung and old.
Vibrating atmosphere for both upung and old. Many students everywhere. Loads of comfy heated terraces to eat and drink. Interesting history with many nice old buildings to see. So many places to eat, but to find exclusive originals may be hard.

Beautiful city with gorgeous streets, architecture, cafes, restaurants and green spaces. Fantastic public transportation system, fast and many buses are electric, as well as inexpensive. Endless walking options along the river, in and outside the city itself. Our favorite city in the Netherlands. We had a fabulous seafood lunch at Cafe de Bobbel, and found the Italian section of Maastricht with gelato, cafes and fashion. Use the website visitmaastricht.com to plan your visit, lots of off the beaten path ideas.

The city is charming and laid back, perfect for a 2-3 day visit. Sint-pieterberg, just outside, has impressive man-made caves and a very pleasant hiking route that should take 2-3 hours even with kids. The shops and restaurants we went into showed great taste and the service was excellent.

Never been in hostel before- this one certainly exceeded my expectations ! We had family room, clean, comfortable, view over green and river ! woken up by ducks in the morning ! Short walk via green park to the city centre ; and having breakfast on open terrace over the river !
Which hotel can beat that ?!
The hotel is nice in an old building, it is located not far from railway station and in 15 min away from the city centre. The staff is good and friendly, all the time ready to help. Cosy and quiet room, working air-condition. Coffee, water and tea were offered us as a compliment from the hotel.
The Mabi city centre hotel is very centrally located. You can walk from the station and it's close to the city centre. I walked back from Sint Pieter's fort as well. All facilities are provided but they fall a little short.
The hotel is in close walking distance to the city centre but far enough to be quiet during the nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Lovely little hotel right in the centre of Maastricht. Clean and comfy rooms, nice little patio where you can have breakfast in the sun. Very kind staff.
