The owner was lovely we had breakfast in his restaurant in the park each morning. The accommodation was great with a washing machine and full cooker. He supplied us with tea and coffee and carafes of cold water in the fridge. The place is authentic. Very Italian and really central. Super location.

Via Roma 181 is situated in Polignano a Mare, 1.2 km from Lido Cala Paura, 1.6 km from Cala Sala (Port'alga), as well as 35 km from Bari Central Train Station.

The property was a self contained unit with the bed in an alcove behind the living area which was equipped with a small dining table, fridge and lounge.Romeo, the host had stocked the fridge with water, a bottle of rose wine and some Italian miniatures., I arrived by train from Lecce and the host picked me up at the train station and also dropped me off there when I left. The property was within walking distance from the old part of Polignano and an easy walk to the station for day trips to Alberobello, Ostuni etc.

The host was very welcoming. Breakfast was included so there was a really cute basket full of food that was left for us and also she left some local pastries for us to try which was so thoughtful. The room was super big and clean.
