The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, making me feel valued as a guest. They were not only efficient but also took the time to provide useful information prior to our arrival about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Throughout my stay, the entire staff exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Any request or inquiry was met with prompt and courteous responses, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction that truly sets this hotel apart. Nestled on a serene and tranquil street, the hotel proved to be an oasis of calm in the midst of the city. Location was central with a supermarket nearby and access for taxis, scooters etc. beautiful view and double windows to block out any noise. Bed was so comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Would recommend! Didn’t end up using the spa facilities but they looked just as good as they did in the photos.

Friendly receptionist. We arrived very early and were able to leave our luggage until later when we could check in and also on check out we left our luggage all day as we had an evening flight.
