The location is lovely for Jacobs beach and then a 20 minute walk to old town (it was actually really lovely that we could see the old town from our room, made the view even more beautiful). The balcony was amazing to watch the sunset and the room was lovely and clean,very comfy bed. There is a shared kitchen with all the basics and then Nespresso coffee pods for 1 euro each. We had a lovely stay.

What a great holiday, thanks to the host and the amazing set-up. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and hot tub over our stay and the very special sunsets over the old town of Dubrovnik. Easy access to the town center by Uber and there is many, and they are very quick to get you from anywhere, it is a 20 min walk into the old town but well worth the journey for the views on the route are also great. The apartment has everything you need and more for self-catering, the detail and time spent on the finishes are very well thought of, if you think of something that you have at home the apartments have it too. There is a beautiful beach not even 100 meters from the flat called St Jacobs Beach and this is great for snorkeling and swimming and jumping off small rock ledges into the water. My kids had hours of fun and would highly recommend this venue to any family as it is also very private with enough areas around the apartment to unwind and relax and you are not on top of each other.

Enjoying a quiet location only 50 metres from the sea, Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov is set 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Where to start, amazing place. Ana, the owner was so easy to deal with and made us feel extremely welcome. There was food and drinks in the fridge for us on arrival and all the amenities we needed. Gorgeous views from our private terrace. The beach was 3 minutes walk, which was beautiful. Cheap taxis into town, it was very hot for our stay so the 20 minute walk was a bit too much for us.
