From the warm welcome at the reception, Thomas made us feel at home. We've stayed here before having a good experience and now returned to a revamped hotel. They upgraded the rooms without losing it's charm, making the stay a memorable one.

The location is perfect, the main city squares are very near, as well as the main pedestrian street and the main boulevard. The main train station is also a few minutes from the hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and friendly(especially Ricardo) and they will help you with anything you need, and will show you on the map all things you must see. The bed is comfortable, and the room is cleaned every day. We had a safe in our room, which is always a good thing.

Ideally situated in the centre of Lisbon, Montecarmo12 - Design Boutique Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The breakfast experienceis like an open kitchen / bar and they cook for you while you chat with the chef. It feels really home like and also the quality is superb and fresh produce. Loved every minute

Thé location was ideal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were always available. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone! Would stay there again if I return to Lisbon. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!
