Very beautiful and cozy house. Have enough and even more space for the whole family. The large living room when you can settle down all together in different places. Also one of the advantages is your own terrace where you can have lunch, for example. Two bathrooms are also a plus. 5 minutes from the house to the beach by car. Has space for your cars. We had 2 ones that fit perfectly on the property. The owners very kind and helpful, they treated us to their own fruit and vegetables. Highly recommend for a visit!

Christo was a great host. He brought me the keys from Kavarla, almost an hour away, and we had a brief but very pleasant conversation. His English is excellent. The gated front yard was perfect for my dogs, who were most welcome.

Seven days have past since our departure from Villa Kostas, so the review is not in the heat of the moment. We stayed în lots of places în Greece and this one was one of the best. The house is situated on a quiet street far from noise, in a beautiful scenery, close to Keramoti and the Nestos Delta. We found the place easily following coordinates on website. The villa was very clean, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped, air conditioner in every room, 2 bathrooms and a nice courtyard with grill and seating area. Our host, Kostas was very friendly and helpful and attending to our needs. He made sure we had a pleasant stay. Our neighbor, a relative of Kostas brought us every morning a basket of fresh figs harvested from the tree in the yard. What a lovely gesture! To sum it up, we had a lovely stay will gladly visit again. Thank you, Kostas!

The property was very cute and equipped with the things we need. We felt very welcome on the arrival and the hosts greeted us kindly. The lovely welcome basket was truly amazing, the hosts did amazing job for that :)

Owner is a super cool lady, my bad I arrived earlier than agreed time, and She still showed up in a few minutes and checked us in. house is like in the pictures, even better, super tidy and clean, and most importantly silent. Garden is amazing. We just went there to sleep for a night, but i would enjoy a few extra days, reading books, drinking coffee at the patio. Inside you can see every detail is well thought, and there is a kind of artist touch on most items (walls, decorations etc.) there is even a garage for your car in the patio. Keramoti/the beaches are in driving distance maybe 10-15 minutes

The house is excellent for a family vacation. You will find everything that you need to make you feel like home. Very close to Keramoti village where you can find the excellent sand beaches that are not very easy to find in Greece. Internet speed is also perfect if you have to do some extra work during your vacation.
