The hotel is in a very quiet street a stone's throw from the train station and the city center.
Cozy and very clean room, Mrs. Fatija, the owner, of a unique kindness. If I return to Turnhout I will definitely book a room here. See you soon.

Turnhout is not the most obvious place to visit in Belgium, but it still has a lot offer: a UNESCO World Heritage Beguinage, a beautiful castle, some interesting museums and an extremely pleasant atmosphere. It's not up there with some of the finest places in Belgium such as Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen etc but a very pleasant place nevertheless. I loved it.

I was born in Turnhout, so am a bit biassed. Would recommend the Duke of Brabant Castle, the Begijnhof and St Pieter's church plus the Ranonkle Café (Begijne Straat) for its beer and boozy crowd and the much quieter Spijtighen Duvel (Otter Straat) in an 18th century building and choice of 300+ beers.

was in Turnhout for a wedding party.
was in Turnhout for a wedding party. I am living in Prague (CZ) and the first thing I am doing when coming back to Belgium: I am looking for a real "Frietekot". Hotel was perfect and I was walking to the city center in max 20 minutes. I found my "frietekot" on the nice marketplace. What i was a little surprised on was the mentality (behavior) of young peoples. Times are changing, I know. I felt some parts of my walk UN-SAFE.

Nice clean city, the people are helpful and extremely friendly. Apart from Best Western Plus hotel we ate at Reggae Geel. Easy to travel around Turnhout as the fare is 3 Euros and you don’t pay again for an hour no matter how many buses or trans you travel on. We enjoyed the shopping and were sad to leave
We did not take breakfast at the hotel, in part because it seemed pricey at 22 euros. The reception upon arrival was friendly and efficient. The room seemed small for a four star hotel outside of a major urban center. The room was not made up the first night. Would recommend that your presentations describe in more detail how to find the parking garage. Also more focus on the location, which is quite good.
The hotel is right next to the new train station of Turnhout, which has been proven very convenient especially for those who are on a professional trip. You literally get off the train and enter the hotel room! I was given a room with a balcony. It was a nicely warm room while the temperature outside was below zero. It was very clean and the personnel was very helpful and friendly.

We booked this B&B because of the location a it was close to the customer site that we needed to visit the following day. The host was very welcoming and helpful. It definitely had the personal touch that you don't get in a hotel.
The room was very spacious, modern and clean.
Superb. Amazing place and location. Very friendly and helpful with all our requests and parking was simple. Everything about the place and room was faultless. Highly recommended to all visitors to Turnhout and the surrounding areas.
Everything was amazing! The breakfast was better than a hotel's and had everything!
The garden was amazing and the shower sooo beautiful. Even the organisation of the drawers and cupboards was eye pleasuring!
Very friendly staff!
Great and fresh breakfast with a good variety for such a small hotel.
And the architecture is beautiful as are the rooms.
Also everything is very clean!
The staff are very friendly and professional and the food is to the best standard. The whole place is decorated to the highest standard and it reminds me of a boutique hotel.
location: from train station 15 min. walking (if you know direction). breakfast was good for me but my partner needed more than European service. I would do this again !
Chris went out of his way to assist with our needs. Breakfast was a wonderful spread, even customized! Very centrally located in Turnhout. Highly recommend this B&B.
The breakfast buffet may look small, but there is a huge variety and I was offered an egg on demand.
All is very lovely made, far better as in a lot of big hotels.
