That they show pictures of a pool they do not have a pool like they advertise in the hotel website.

Location is excellent, room was clean with a nice large bathroom.

The hotel was noisy, especially in the morning we woke up several times due to people shifting items in adjacent rooms.

Staff not that friendly or helpful. Closest restaurant they would give a reccomendation for was 20 minutes away by Taxi. They actually gave use keys to an already occupied room.

I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the Barcelona skyline, it was breath-taking. The hotel was conveniently located, a short walk from the metro and Plaza Catalunya and in the heart of the Börn with its maze of narrow streets and small shops.

Unfortunately, receiving a confirmation from the hotel for my internet booking was a stressful process, and this eventhough I had booked and pre-paid my stay well in advance and contacted the hotel (in both written and spoken Spanish) on multiple occasions. I sincerely hope that future clients will not have to suffer similar circumstances as the stay in this hotel was well worth it.

Very central and close to metro, and restaurants. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Hotel clean and good air conditioning.

The Hotel is chic with tasteful and fresh design. The place is very youthful. Staff is friendly and service good. Also the location is excellent in the Barcelona city center. The metro stations nearby make it easy to move around in the city.

Sound proofing between the hallway and the rooms could be better. I personally did not mind, but some might feel it's a problem.

Hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to public transport and LasRamblas. Room was on the top floor and had a balcony with table and chairs and was quiet when the windows were closed. Large clean room, free internet, free minibar and modern smoke detectors in the rooms. Would recommend this hotel for Barcelona stays.

Check in is stated as 13:00; we had to wait in the lobby until 14:40 for our room. Although internet is free and the minibar is free the front desk never mentioned either. I knew of these services from booking.com and therefore asked the desk and received internet codes etc; Breakfast not included in room rate and overpriced if purchased individually. Many places to eat bfast in the area.
