ロケーションはグラシア通りに近く、治安も問題なく非常に便利。ホテルと違い、一般のアパートメントにある一室なので、そっけないエントランスやかび臭く暗いエレベータでさえ居住者気分を味わえ楽しい。但し部屋に入れば一転、食器やドライヤーは勿論のこと、洗濯機、洗剤からアイロン、湯沸しポットetc．そのまま生活できる位の設備が整っているのが素晴らしく、部屋も広々と清潔でおしゃれ。三人で利用しましたが、２ベッドルームでシャワールームも二つあり快適でした。バルセロナに連泊するのであれば、ホテルとは比較にならないほど低価格なので絶対お勧めです！ チェックインはオフィスにキーを取りに行くのですが、場所がわかりずらいのと、オフィスからアパートメントまでがさらに距離があること。スーツケースを持つ移動ならばタクシーを使うのが賢明です。ただ先払いなのでチェックアウトはキーを部屋のテーブルに置いてそのまま出て行けばOKなので気軽です。 |

Great location of the appartment, right in the city centre. Two metro stations from Plaza Catalunya. Renovated and clean appartment, quite spacy aswell. |

The apartment was very nice and the stay was very friendly. It was not very clear on the website how far away the apartment we were booked to stay in was from the office we checked in at. They were probably a mile apart which is pretty substantial, it was a good thing we had a friend there to drive us. |

This company offers apartments in various locations in Barcelona. We were fortunate to get an apartment just a few blocks from La Rambla and it was fabulous! We can't say enough about how perfectly the apartment suited us. My daughter & I were welcomed with a very spacious (even in terms of us standards) apartment. 5 rooms including a sun room w/balcony & great views. Five stars!!! No dislikes at all. From the washing machine in the pretty bathroom to the fully-appointed kitchen, the tv and the beds (ok, they were a little too firm for my taste). And it was sooo quiet - even with street construction going on which we were unaware of until we left the apartment for the day. Couldn't hear it at all. |

it was in a central location. i did not appreciate the fact that first we had to go and pick up the keys than head toward the apartment. Moreover, the desitination on the website was incorrect. The desitination from the Ramblas was that of their offices and not of the apartment |

(a) Location in the city, just 5 minutes away from Sants. Although requiring travel by public transport to get to places, the location makes it a very short journey each time. (b) The amenities - washing machine, wireless internet, DVD player. (c) Security - lockable front door of the building. (d) Very spacious. (a) It's too far to get anywhere by foot, and the traffic creates constant noise at night. (b) The mattresses were so soft that when I leaned with my knee on the bed, it almost got stuck between the slats. (c) Staff don't reply to emails sent a week before arrival. (d) Water heater capacity not enough for 2 people to shower in succession. |

Excellent apartment, enormous balcony (almost the size of a football field:). All possible devices and equipment we needed were presented. The guidance leaflet in the apartment says that the lagguage can be left at Estació de França after checking out, but in fact the only place which can be used for luggage storage is Estacio Sants. |
