The hotel had friendly staff and answered questions very well. There was no where to get a coffee, I think if tea/coffee were put into the rooms it would have been much better. |

Location The beds were very uncomfortable, the price is too high for the standard of accommodation and again apparently the mine bar can only be used if organised in the original booking and under no cirumstances can that situation be changed and this situtation is very unsatisfactory |

The hotel is in the old city of Barcelona. The hotel is extremly noisy and the window in the room did not close. The bathroom fixture where in a bad state. No minibar in the room. The rate is extrimly high for this kind of confort. |
