隣との壁が薄すぎて、くしゃみやテレビの音が大きく聞こえた。洗面所のコップは、使い捨てのプラスティックで、洗面台も狭く、化粧品などを置く場所がなかった。冷蔵庫も、ミニ・バーもなく、二つ星のランクに値するのでしょうか。。。 |

The staff was very helpful with information about Barcelona. I received good information about: restaurants, directions to attractions, etc and all delivered in English. Sonia at the front desk was excellent and remained cheerful and helpful even though at times very busy. |

the location and that it was clean to much noice from the pipes, neighbours etc. not comfortable bed, and I did not get a double bed but instead two beds pushed together and they kept falling apart!.... |

We had a remodeled/upgraded room which had many of the modern conveniences -- i.e., bathroom with tub/shower combo was a real plus and there was plenty of counterspace on the sink. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Staff was very nice and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The bed was pretty hard. I like a firm mattress, but this was too hard for me. |
