Novotel Bilbao Barakaldo opened to the public on 5 September 2005 as an innovative and avant-garde hotel, with has been carefully designed to attend to the requirements of the client, going far beyond traditional demands. The challenge is both multiple and complementary: to satisfy business and company clients, to seduce leisure tourism and in addition, to attract the public in general to enjoy excellent Claravía restaurant, with Mediterranean and traditional Basque cuisine, prepared in full view of the client, using fresh products.

some way from the city centre but easily accessible by metro. The most comfortable bed ever.

Location (quiet with easy access to shops) and comfort of the room

Charge for internet use, disappointing food in the restaurant and poor (virtually non-existent) service in the hotel restaurant. Once seated it took 25 minutes to receive a menu. The hotel reception staff were great.

La tranquilidad de la zona, la limpieza y modernidad del hotel y los empleados que en todo momento nos han tratado perfectamente.

El parking es caro, y por tanto dejamos el coche fuera.

Que nos dieron una habitación para minúsvalidos con una bañera sin mampara ni ducha. Solicitamos cambio de habitación.

Pues que me encontré con mi grupo favorito alojado en él, jeje además de por supuesto ser un hotel muy bonito, y moderno, las habitaciones son preciosas

Buongiorno, sinceramente sono rimasta molto delusa del servizio bar. Un hotel a 4 stelle non può permettersi di avere il bar chiuso di notte. Per di più sabato 11 (la notte in cui ho soggiornato) era presente una nota band e molti fans a seguito , il bar aperto era doveroso. Siamo state costrette a salire in camera e prendere le bibite dal frigo bar!
