design of the hotel and rooms, excellent location - 2 min walk to La Rambla Poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel, quite small room size. Please note that the street itself is not quite calm in the nighttime |

The location of the hotel is great - it's next to the historical center of the historical center of the city, 5-10 min walk to the underground and to the sea and to the Bus Turistic stops. The hotel is in a quiet street adjoining La Rambla, so no noise in the room from the street and at the same you can easily get La Rambla with a lot of cafes and shops there. As there're no carpets on the floor steps make some noise. Walls are not very soundproof. Poor WiFi connection, but wired connection is fine. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom :) |

The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early. Very modern and posh decor. Would definetly go back to this hotel if ever in Barcelona again. |

Good layout, efficient rooms. Excellent location. Hotel provided free bottles of water in fridge in lobby, also had same bottles in minibar, which we assumed would also be free as they were identical, but on leaving were charged €5 for using these, even though we had replaced them. Clothing also went missing from our room. |

The location was good. It was close to the main street and metro station. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room. There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent. |
