The location was great. Was in a shopping area so it was quiet enough after hours but still within walking distance of the major sights.

The room was clean with first class accessories. The buffet breakfast exceeded anything I imagined for quality and plentitude of selection. We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. I highly recommend it.

Good breakfast

Some staff were not helpfull.When we were check in we have been given the most noiser room I suppose after they changed us the room but we had problem with ac all our time staying in this hotel . Also not good location far away of rambla .Will not go to rhis hotel

Friendly staff, convenient for station / airport connection by train, close to points of interest for children beach/park and buses

1) The location! Walking distance to everything of value to me and my husband. 2) The friendly staff. 3) It was a silent room although in the middle of the buzz. 4) The breakfast buffet was pretty good as we expected a typical continental one with coffee and croissant:) 5) Decent price although clean and in the best neighbourhood.

I appreciate the attitude of taking care of the environment by not sending the towles everyday to the laundry. However, although we did not throw the the towels on the floor they were exchanged to new ones which to me is a sign of that the cleaning staff has not been informed about the importance of this policy but rather exchange all the laundry to avoid the risk of complaints.

Convenience (beside railway station, within walking distance of city centre, port area & beach), cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

The location is great, with a 7 minute walk to the Barceloneta Subway stop. The breakfast was very nice, but sometimes they ran out of items.

We had some trouble with the AC but it was resolved after 2 days.

Just a minor question: room service did not change a burnt-out light bulb during 3 days. It was not working when I arrived, and still not working after 3 days.
