The staff was very kind and courteous, including the young lady serving breakfast The gardens looked better in the pictures than they actually were. I think the hotel needs alittle sprucing up. |

Very central place near Rambla Avenue. The shower in the rest room was not very ergonomic. Water was going out to the floor, escaping from the curtain sides. |

Friendly and helpful staff who served with a smile, great location just off La Ramblas, clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony, large bathroom with good shower. On our second night the hotel rate shot up three times, but other hotels seemed to do the same thing. Might be due to the Grec festival, though not very sure. |

Place Rooms service- the personel was not very good at english and one mornirng the breakfast never arrived although we called twice! Internet in the room did not work, we asked twice if that could be fixed, however, noone bothered |

Its location makes everything, and there's a laptop in the room which helps a lot. The garden is not so useful and/or inviting. |

Impressed that staff spoke adequate English and were very helpful with directions. Safes in each room. Great location, but some taxi drivers had trouble finding the location as it is just off the main street. Great staff!! Very clean, however, pretty spare: no information in the room on how to use in-room devices. Terribly expensive breakfast, much cheaper to go just around the corner. Overall, a solid hotel, clean, well-kept, with nice front-end staff. |
