The staff were delightful and the reception staff particularly helpful with regard to advice on public transport etc. Our room had been recently refurbished and was extremely pleasant with a large bathroom, good lighting and mirrors. The heating/airconditioning was easy to operate and there were plenty of extra blankets: extra pillows were provided promptly.

Only the horrible reconstituted, and rather weak, orange juice at breakfast which we would not expect in Spain.

The location. Our corner room was huge with a balcony on two sides. Excellent value for money!

Good Location - 50 metres from La Rambla, but quiet location.

Very basic breakfast. No atmosphere in hotel at all.

The hotel was well situated and most places easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable and plenty of choice at breakfast.

It was a little noisy at night.
