non siamo stati avvertiti che la reception avrebbe chiuso alle ore 17.30 invece che alle 19 per cui abbiamo rischiato di non poter accedere alla camera, in quanto il numero verde per le informazioni era disattivo, mentre quello dell'operatore italiano, molto gentile, non ha risolto la situazione. solo il provvidenziale aiuto di una cliente dell'hotel dotata di giusto codice per la cassaforte ci ha permesso ,dopo più di un'ora, di accedere alla chiave della stanza.Il giorno dopo invece non ci è stato comunicato il codice per il portone d'ingresso dell'hotel e solo ancora una volta l'arrivo di un cliente dell'hotel ci ha permesso l'entrata. |

nancy. hotel irrelevant unless it is horrible. this wasn't. location, not a very inviting area. lots of undeveloped building. not well lit at night. not absolutely clear on web site quite how isolated it is. |

It had a balcony, a desk. The room was compact, but usable. It was a bit removed from the center of things. We were on foot, and it was a bit of a hike. I think it is best for people with cars. |

Easy walk into dowtown Limited office hours were challenging. The hotel had suggested a larger room which I accepted over the net, but in the end I ended up with a small room for my father and I. |

Apartments are clean and comfortable. The building is situated in a part of town which is being redeveloped (upwards) and it's right opposite a cinema complex and several restaurants. Transport is nearby. The apartment I stayed in had a comfortable bedroom with no windows, the only ventilation being through the door. Hot water could run out at peak times. With little interior ventilation, all you can do for air is open the windows, which on the first floor is a security risk. Lights in the carpark basement go out too soon, leaving you in total darkness. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a quiet and well maintained hotel. There was lack of adequate hot water to bathe my children. |

de appartement-formule (voor een gezinsweekend) het onthaal: we werden 's morgens gebeld met de vraag wanneer we zouden aankomen; een kwartiertje later dan afgesproken 16 uur bleek onthaaldesk gesloten; van de nog aanwezige medewerker toch de code en een sleutel, gekregen, zonder begeleiding naar kamer; bleek dat het de sleutel was van ereeds toegewezen appartement ; we stonden dus in de gang zonder appartement; via centraal noodnummer directie |

De behulpzame mensen achter de receptie. De vlotte bereikbaarheid van het centrum, te voet Het hotel ligt een beetje achteraf in een opbouw - en tevens afbraakbuurt. Dat geeft het een beetje ongure uitstraling, er waren op dat moment nogal wat verslaafde jongeren in de omgeving. |
