Bus Shuttle-Faher hat uns am Flughafen stehen lassen obwohl ersichtlich war, dass wir auf einen Shuttle warteten. Dass der Bus zum novotel gehört, war nur von hinten zu erkennen, da der Name novotel nicht an der Frontseite des Busses zu lesen ist. Der Fahrer hätte aber auch die Scheibe seines Busses runterlassen können und fragen, welches Hotel wir gebucht haben. Wir nahmen dann ein Taxi!! |

sehr grosszuegige Zimmer, Naehe zu Roissy, aufmerksame und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter. Obwohl das Hotel sehr nahe beim Flughafen liegt, sollte man bis zum Terminal 2B ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Shuttlebus einplanen. |

easy acces, and basic confort close to CDG airport, bar satff very convivial and efficient, wellness center clean, reception staff is more worry to talk about what they doing during their time offf rather than taking care of client waiting in front of them. It is a Airport Hotel, and recpetion staff do not care about clients with jetlag, long fly, and over. they said well, your are in france, and it is like that, "Great"when you paid 150 euros a night for 6 hours sleep, but so French. Room service is basic. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable although not much room when the bed settee was pulled out. This was the second bed so not so good as a twin room. The shuttle to the airport was free and gave a good service. The pool was good - and empty when we were there. Breakfast was good quality with a good selection. Very pleasant stay. The only disappointment was that the spa turned out to be spa jet and as it didn't seem to work I didn't find out what it was really for! |

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Food prices were high. Also, we tried to use their internet service in the room and had trouble connecting. It turns out that you have to use the numbers on the accounting keypad, not the numbers on the regular keyboard for the access code to be recognized as is done in France. This should be communicated to the North American customers. |
