The location of the hotel was excellent. Being very close to the Louvre and City Rama Office was a big bonus. It was also close to many cafes for eating out. |

The quietness of rue de Valois after the hustle and bustle of Paris and the fact that the hotel is excellently situated near the Louvre where I had to go and do some research. My bathroom was very comfortable at inner city Paris standards. Comfortably renovated. The staff at reception, the cleaners and the people in the breakfast room are wonderful- friendly and helpful. Not reserved or grumpy. The rooms could be more soundproof (5th floor where I was), very small for one person even more for two, but the small space is bearable because it is clean. |

Location was excellentn and staff were very friendly. We had the smallest room in the world. If anything would put me off booking again it would be the size of the room. |

The room was perfect. The hotel so centrally located it made getting around very easy. It was a fabulous 4 day stay. |

Hotel staff wonderful and the location perfect. Rooms have great views of city roof tops and courtyards I believe the rooms were noted as soundproof in the description on the website,and this was not true. There were times when the noise was disturbing; Not intolerable, but disturbing. |

It was a great location and they provide free internet access even when you are jet lagged at 3:00 in the morning. The breakfast service was outstanding. The shower was small and not up to date. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. |

The hotel staff were all excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and they all went out of their way to help--very much like concierges at other much higher priced hotel I did not like the smallness of the rooms as well as the air conditioning system which only cooled the room to 24 degrees. In addition, for US residents with the state-of-the-art of satellite television it would not be difficult to add more english speaking stations. Only two new stations and many americans would enjoy watching some entertainment at night. |

Central location. The stuff was very helpful - we don't speak french and needed to arrange a shipping from the post office, so one of girls from reception offered to accompany us and she did and helped us a lot communicating with the post office men) It was great! Our room had a fabulous view to the Louvre and Palais Royal and had two large windows and a balcony!!! We made pictures every evening) I wish the price was not so high! 250 euros per room when booking in net is quite high, but for our impressions I could forget this! |
