Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I managed to block the safe in the room and the staff was very prompt to open it.

Their Wifi didn't work but i could use some free wifi's from the area, obviously a free and slow connection.

A really nice small hotel. Location is perfect,easy to walk,but also close to a metro station. Service at the hotel was very helpful and friendly all the time. Rooms are recently renovated with good taste and enough space (concerning it's Paris). As we were booking the hotel quite late we got a good offer and were still upgraded to a superior room without even asking. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is in the middle of the city-centre and is being refurbished, this means great rooms with modern look and feel. The room was quite large for Paris and the bathroom huge!

very convenient location

very cold rooms, especially bathroom. Shower didn't work well - only the handheld part functioned. No coffee maker in room as I expected.

Location, rue St. Honoré-rue du Louvre. 100 mt from metro Louvre-Rivoli. Promotional price of 105 Euro. Nice staff. New bathroom and partially renovated room (some details seems to have been forgotten).

The lift need a serious refresh and maintenance. Corridor at room floor very small (5mt x 1 mt) and dark. Renovation of room sometimes partial. Not the feeling that you are entering a new furnished room. Not really keeping the same style in hotel entrance hall and in bedroom.

Very nice hotel on an excellent location just 2 minutes from the Louvre and the subway station. Lots of restaurants and shops around and a parking garage just 50 m away. Nice, modern, comfortable and spacious room and a beautiful bathroom.Room was quiet. No noise at night. Renovation of the hotel was about to finish (October 2008) and they did a very good job.

Parking garage was expensive (27 euro per 24 h) but hey : it's Paris !

Location, room cleanliness

Desk & chairs not well suited to work at for prolonged period. Especially chairs are quite uncomfortable.
