lovely room; very stylish and comforting. Even though I had a room overlooking the Gare de l'Est itself, I had a great night's sleep. |

very reasonably priced the staff were often arrogant which was unfortunate as it would seem that a little more effort would ensure a loyal following. the electronic equipment in the room (IT, TV) were faulty but it took three calls before any of the staff took my 'problem' seriously; at that point they put me in a different room. I also think that WIFI should be free in larger/new hotels! |
