Excellent location

I had the poorest steak i have ever eaten. It was so tough and chewy that i only managed one bite, and when the waiter took my plate he didn't even ask if there was a problem with it. However the french onion soup was fantastic

Good well appointed room and good quality bed. Everything functioned well

Breakfast complete disaster - 10 am Sunday morning - no cutlery, no orange juice, no more croissants - staff appeared in a high state of disorganisation.

Location of the hotel is excellent for seeing all the sights.

Unfortunately the first room we were give had an awful smell and we had to request to be moved. The concerige service we found very disappointing when asking for a taxi to be booked this seemed to be beyond them. Finally servicing the room on the morning of departure at 8am (on a Sunday) was unnecessary and woke us up!!

Location was great for the Eiffel Tower.

Our room was not presentable! Had to call and tell the Front desk that there was mildew around the bathroom tub and the walls were chips. Our view was fair with constructions going on. We then moved to a lower floor and had a better bathroom. I suggest that yu find out where or what floors were really remodel. Beside me, there were a lot of complains we heard at the front desk.

Clean and good quality of the room. Nice view and good location.

On the first day of my stay, I felt it was pretty cold in the room but temperature control didn't work. I called the room service 4 times to ask help from an engineer and waited for longer than 3 hours but nobody showed up eventually. Even though I do not use mini bar in the room, the mini bar was completely vacant but I was still asked if I used the mini bar in checking out.

the hotel was a little out of the way, so we didnt feel safe going out late at night
