通过酒店,预订了第二天到机场的巴士,并且付了订金,说是已经预订成功.让我们第二天直接下来等车就可以.但第二天居然被告知,昨晚被没有预订成功,没办法解决我们到机场的问题.最后,我们自己另外想办法去机场.酒店人员只帮助我们再问了一家机场巴士,就说没有办法了.还好时间来得及,否则真的是被他们害死了. |

The location was great. The desk personnel was quite unwelcomed. We arrived on a Sunday from the US and asked where we could do some grocery shopping. We were told rather abruptly that it was Sunday and that everything would be closed. We did ask a cleaning person who gave us great info and told us about Monoprix which was open on Sunday and just around the corner of the hotel. |

Central. Easy walk to excellent supermarket, shops and places to eat. View of Eiffel Tower as intimated on website. Yes, we were sceptical! Clean and welcoming ambience. Staff professional. Just our trundle bed a bit faulty but in no way affected our stay. |

Very clean apartment. Great for families. The extra room was a bonus and the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. Staff friendly. Computers in foyer useful too to check out museums, travel plans, etc. A few small amenities would be good in the apartment such as a few tea bags, dishwashing tablets, etc - just basic things you need when you are away for a few days in self catering accomodation. Also, room was not cleaned at all while we were there. Good location for Eiffel Tower but not much else. View very special, especially at night. Need to catch metro or taxis to get anywhere else. |
