Henkilökunta oliystävällistä Hotellin hinta per yö vaihteli ja en lopulta tiedä mikä oli todellinen hinta.Kirjautuessani sisään, kirjattiin per 3 yötä 600 £, lähtiessäni 3x 169,, mutta se korjattiin viimeiseksi 2 x 169+1x 259. Minulle jäi tunne että hinnan olisi pitänyt olla 3x169, mutta minulta kuitenkin veloitettiin enemmän |

The welcome was warm and friendly and all staff were very helpful and efficient. The position was excellent being walking distance from Oxford street, bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were small and there was a lot of traffic noise. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or bath robes: for the price these should have been included. |

Staff (especially Concierge) were so kind and helpful. I noticed that Mini Bar was charged (3.50) after I left the hotel. We didn't drink anything and didn't notice the charge when I payed at the desk. |

Good location. Ok price - but on the other hand paying 200 instead of 150 would give me a much better hotel.... Check-in took a lot of time (at midnight so I would have preferred to sleep..) due to problem with the visa "machine" (no problem with my credit cards I checked with visa and they told me it was a problem with the hotel). In the room it was not possible to switch off the main ceiling light without also switching off the bedside light.... |

The staff was friendly. The room was sufficient for London. The location was quite good. The bed was too soft, and the street was noisy. The concierge was going to charge 20 pounds more to get to the airport than I could get directly. I found this offensive. The Hotel needed irons. The TV screen was across the room and much too small, and they did not have a good selection of stations. |
