As well as the above, Marlin Apartments offer a 24-hour concierge that operates on site, next day dry cleaning and additional maid service.

We offer a minimum night stay and flexibility to extend by a day, week or month. There are significant cost savings on the nightly rate of our serviced apartments compared with similar quality hotels. Our pricing structure is per apartment and not per person sharing.

Our staff have been trained in all aspects of corporate housing and customer service and many have years of experience in dealing with corporate apartments. This enables us to offer an extra high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction.

The entrance to Empire Square is via the concierge entrance which is located at 34 Long Lane. The development is just a few moments' walk from Borough and London Bridge stations, which service Northern and Jubilee lines as well as main line services to south and south east London. Guests can easily walk to the city in less than 15 minutes.

Each of our locations has been carefully chosen to offer the variety of characteristics that central London has to offer. Our Empire Square development is situated in the cosmopolitan Borough area offering easy access to the chic restaurants and bars along London’s South Bank and London Bridge and not to mention the well renowned Borough Market, which attracts traders from all over the UK and as far afield as Europe. This delectable market is a must for food lovers.

The London Bridge area is steeped in London history with many sites and museums close by. Last day when I take the taxi to the airport, knowing not to come back again !!!

Personal rude, really rude, bad cleaness. Asking for a bill, ( they dont care about it, just only about keys. Literal words). Asking for an official complaint formular, (not given) I had to go to the main offices asking for my bill, terrible, as well the kitchen equipment very very old and bad. Very bad expirience in general.

lovely apartment, bright, clean with more facilities than you would expect, even a full oven!

we were woken at 5am by noisy guests arriving back, think we were only disturbed because the apartment was near the lift and the lobby was echo-ey. The gap under the front door meant the sound just seemed to amplify!

The rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet.

My reservation was not confirmed when I arrived although the hotel had charged my card weeks in advance. Reservations would not answer and I had to walk to their office to clear it up.

clean, light, spacious, comfortable, easy access for transport links

I was slightly irritated that we arrived at 10 to 3 and were asked to wait until 3:00 to register.

location; very quiet; good food shopping directly next door: close to many interesting cultural venues; Borough Market and surrounding pubs and restaurants are exellent,

there is a lack of wardrobe and drawer space for long staying guests; there are no coat hangers in the hallway for wet winter rainware

feel just as home, convenient in facilities. there is a TESCO just on the ground floor.

the tube station, borough, ONLY exit during peak hours, that means you need take a bus to London bridge to take the tube during that period, actually it is NOT very convenient if you rely on tube.

Good location for our needs. Very clean and modern facility. Very good value for the money. Good resturants and fun fooe market on the weekends. Very pleased with the stay!
