Nice quiet area in Notting Hill. You can feel how London people really live. Fair price for transfer to the airport.

The staff, very low prepared, some of them barely speaking English correctly. At the beginning they could't find our reservation, then they gave us a room where there was already somebody else staying and then we had to pay in advance the breakfast. No room charges accepted. At the end they gave us a club room, but the standard rooms are very very small, no space to open the suitcase.

Very clean and modern, staff available at all hours, nice location. Tastefully decorated rooms especially the bathroom.

The room was extremely tiny. There was nowhere to put our one suitcase except in front of the door thereby blocking it. The view from the room was into an air-conditioning shaft with big pipes, pump noise and no sunlight of any sort. Opening the window was not an option.

An airless and over hot room with air conditioning that seemed not to make a difference, and noise from ventilation made when the tiny window was open. Not a comfortable night.

The room is tiny, just about fits the bed in and is terrible value for money.

Location. Excellent bathroom with very good shower. Internet connection. Clean, well maintained room.

Small room on basement level, so no natural light - I requested a bigger room on a higher floor as I knew the hotel was not very full but they did not pay any attention to my request - Next to breakfast room so lots of noise in the morning while I was trying to lie in.

Liked it.. But It was difficult to find,very small and very poor tv signal,Beautifically decorated, esp in the rooms. Maybe have less rooms but larger.. Too small to deal with.
