The staff was awesome! Super friendly to my kids, very helpful when needed, and kind all around. The beach was very close, the room was right next to the pool, pool bar, and restaurant so we lucked out! They kept the room clean from our sandy feet and ordered us taxis whenever we needed! Food was awesome and different every dinner!

This place is a hidden gem. Perfect place to relax and not to worry about anything. Only 20 mins away from Heraklion Airport, the resort is not over crowded, all inclusive package included a big variety of amazing food and drinks, our room was lovely and we also got upgraded to a room with a private pool which was a very nice surprise. I came here with my boyfriend but I would recommend it for families too. The staff was extremely friendly (especially Tonia from the buffet) and every time we had a request it was taken care of within 20 mins. I honestly have absolutely nothing negative to stay.

Hotel located in good and quiet place and olso have own beach. The staff was very friendly and pulley. Food in a la carte restaurant was delicious and in the main restaurant as well. We enjoyed our vacation in this hotel.

Amazing staff!!!!!!. They went over and above to make our stay amazing. Especially considering we arrived super early and left rather late. We thought the buffets had great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only small comment would be the seafood wasn’t the best but if you want real seafood your best to go to a small local seafood place anyway. The location was good just a small taxi ride to village and €45 taxi to the port which they arranged for us. All the facilities and rooms were really clean. Would definitely return! Oh and don’t forget to try the wine bar with the local wines.

I would recommend it to everyone, especially families with children. The hotel as a space is wide, spacious, bright, wonderful, the rooms are also very comfortable and spacious, which was very important to us considering that we were with a baby. So many choices of food whatever you can think of you can find there. The food was very tasty. The staff was so kind. Since we had to grind the baby's food, it was never difficult for them to bring the blender and grind it for us. We really appreciated that. We especially want to mention Soula, Antonio Tonia and Evi. Baby loved them. If you are thinking of coming to Bella Beach Hotel don’t think twice

Lovely location, friendly staff, accommodating. Hotel manager was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Upgraded to sea view room and provided access to spa which was a lovely treat, really added to our wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the food!
