1. The breakfast was poor for european people with children. We would liked continental food and also the same breakfast restaurant. Now we had to eat at two different places. 2. We had a room without windows and that was the second thing we did not like. 3. The last day we wanted our suitcases to be locked away. They put everything in a corridor (not locked or guarded) and we also had to pay.

Western standard details such as toilet paper, towels, a clean & soft bed. Personnel in charge of the rooms was particularly friendly and helpful. After travelling before, we could take a fine rest, which we really needed. We enjoyed that the AC could be tuned according to our personal needs (i.e. only a little cooler than outside temperature in order not to catch a cold).

Some (not all!) personnel at the reception desk appeared distracted and willing to direct to someone else "in charge". The security people were clearly primarily interested in tipps. The fruit basket was not there and was also not delivered after we called the reception.

The location, the rate and the service were quite satisfactory.

The sheets did not look very fresh, which could easily be amended.
