the only thing I like are the tours organised with driver and taxi to Agra and Jaipur and Shimla. Babir, the driver is excellent, reliable, trusted and likable too many things that don't work, eg kettle, power-points, air-conditioner, hot-shower. One porter/waiter is particularly scruffy and ill-mannered, and unshaven |

Staff is really friendly and helpfull!, any additional queries can be fixed through them (excursions, taxi, money exchange, water delivery, etc), nevertheless be careful at checkout and check your bill properly (we were mistakenly charged for some service we didnt order) 1. i will never say this is Luxury hotel as it says in description! Rooms on pictures looks much better than they are 2. most unpleasant thing, actually two - it is situated in one of the most crap Delhi locations (but close to center) + the noise from outside makes you feel you are sleeping on the street (ask for quite room)... |

The staff was polite. We stayed in the hotel for 3 three nights and our room was not cleaned at all during this time. The hotel brought us complimentary baskets (inc. 2 bananas and chips) and tried to bill this although we did not order or take the baskets. |

The hotel staff, especially at the front desk,were very helpful in making getting around Delhi easier. All made an obvious effort to make our stay more comfortable. The restaurant had very good food. Our eleven year old son ate the best there! The room easily accomidated four people. My over-all experience was very positive. I felt very at home at the hotel and safe. Hotel is located in very busy neighborhood in Delhi. There was noise. But the location made getting around easier so that was not so bad. The noise that was more disturbing was that internal hotel sounds carried in the hotel. These also were not so bad because the room was airconditioned and that sound drowned out the hall noise. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist unglücklich (wir haben uns nicht so richtig zu Fuß vor die Tür getraut). Das Restaurant hat ebenso Optimierungspotential wie das Personal, das sicherlich noch einen Crashkurs in Sachen zuvorkommender Freundlichkeit besuchen sollte. |

Geen positieve opmerkingen "Presidential suite" betekent in mijn beleving een ruime en schone kamer, met een comfortabel bed, etc. ; het was smerig, slechte was- voorziening; de ontbijt mogelijkheden beneden peil. Bezoek ontvangen op kamer was niet toegestaan; samengevat --> een ramp. De omgeving is wel aantrekkelijk; druk, veel mensen, gezellig. |
