Free parking The bathroom was poorly stocked - no shampoo or bars of soap just a liquid soap on the wall. No cotton wool, cotton tips or shoe shine - the kind of thing you expect in a four star hotel. Also the breakfast was very poor - juice and coffee (Nescafe) from a machine! The only hot option was a rock hard (and cold) supposedly 3 minute egg. Again not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. |

I like the non smoking room. I like the price (with buffet breakfoast that was largel ok). I first received a smoking room as the receptionist told me that only a smoking room was available. I entered the room an it was smelling pretty bad. I was a smoker but I don't remember any room smelling like that of smoke. I ask the reception to chenge it and they gave me a good non smoking room that was of 4 star status. I alaso did not lie that the hotel was a little bit remote of the city. |

The hotel is OK. There is an inside swiming pool with sauna. The breakfast was very poor. The jacuzzi was not working. |

The staff were great and very helpful. The bed was too soft for my liking, the room not made when we arrived (but this immediately changed). |

The swimming pool was a nice size (around 16m?) and actually had longer opening hours than stated on the website which was a nice surprise. The sauna and whirlpool bath were not available as they had to be pre-booked. It was a quiet period when I stayed so understandable perhaps. Also, the key card for my room required resetting a few times. On one occasion I was on my way back from the pool and had to go to reception in my swim suit and towel - not so good. |

Possibility of the pool Lunch / diner room looks not inviting, while the pub does. A bit old fashioned (chairs - big glass windows etc). Staff made a good impression, fast and friendly. |
