Tytär perheineen asuvat Luxembourgissa. Olen aikaisemmin asunnut Novotel-hotellissa Luxembourgissa kun olen vieraillut heillä, Novotel-hotellissa on isommat, valoisat huoneet ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli ERITTÄIN vetoisa, ikkunasta veti niin, että verhot vain heiluivat. Aamupalalla saimme kahvit ja menimme hakemaan säpylät etc seisovasta pöydästä ja kun palasimme pöytään, pöytä oli tyhjennetty! Ei todellakaan vastaa 5 tähden hotellia laatutasoa! Sen verran on kyllä tarjoilijan nähtävä ja huolehdittava asiakkaista. Valitin asiasta vastaanotossa, jossa asiaa ei noteerattu. |

Very polite and helpful reception, super friendly staff asissting by the breakfast which was simply spendid. Free sauna and swimming pool, excellent Hilton standard. Free parking. Everything was perfect although it is a bit far from town and its hard if you dont have a car. |

Expected a bit more from it. Overall we spent some nice time there. Hotel is situated in a nice location, quiet place, good breakfast. Furniture outdated. Internet access quite expensive (ive payed 5Euro/15mins) |

The dessert buffet. Hilton Luxembourg is far from being a 5 star hotel. Has good facilities but the environment, decor and rooms is closer to a 3 star, maximum 4 star hotel. The restaurant gives a general feeling of canteen and the personnel is not enough to cope with customers' requests. |

Food was excellent. Business room was clean and computers quite nice. Room was spacious and clean-up as well as front desk staff were excellent. Also, the free parking and breakfast included, put HIlton at the top of our list, for a European hotel. |
