A cute little town with a nice town center. A large church with lots of restaurants around. On Saturday there is a nice market with specialties and food. Go early, after 10:00 it is full of German tourists :-D

As expected, Dutch breakfast come with gingerbread, yummy, yummy! Too late arrival to taste the restaurant menu: another time. The hotel style bit outmoded style but with lot of charm. Some renovations will make it more attractive.

The market in Winterswijk is fantastic and lots to see in the town e en though Google does not show it. The tent has a bed, kettle , table and chairs... fantastic.
